Negar Naderpoor is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and completed her advanced training in endocrinology and diabetes at The University Hospital Geelong, Flinders Medical Centre and Monash Health. She provides inpatient and outpatient services as a member of Diabetes Unit at Monash Health. She completed a PhD at Monash University in insulin resistance, obesity, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and continues research part-time at the Monash Centre for Health Research and Implementation.

Negar is a member of Endocrine Society of Australia, Australian Diabetes Society, and US Endocrine Society. Her broad areas of interest include type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes, thyroid and bone diseases and women’s reproductive health particularly PCOS.
