Dr Shirin Sarejloo is an experienced cardiologist who graduated from The University of Medical Sciences in Tehran in 2006. After relocating to Australia in 2023 she further specialised in Cardiac Imaging.

Dr Sarejloo is proficient in total cardiovascular care and management of complex cardiovascular conditions. She has extensive experience in clinical and acute cardiology as well as Stress testing, Echocardiography, CT Coronary Angiogram and CT Calcium Scoring.

Dr Sarejloo has a special interest in blood lipid abnormalities and preventive cardiology. Working with senior cardiologists and a highly specialised team, she is happy to treat patients who have high levels of cholesterol, triglycerides and lipoprotein (a) including those who prove difficult to control or who have problems with medication.

REFERRALS & FEES

Dr Sarejloo does not routinely bulk bill, however she discounts for pensioners and healthcare cardholders. You do not need to have private health insurance for an appointment.

You can only obtain the Medicare refund if you have been referred by another medical practitioner so please bring along your referral with you on the day. 

PRIVATE HOSPITAL CARE

Dr Sarejloo participates in the ‘No-GAP’ cover with most of the private health insurance companies. This means that any ‘out of pocket’ doctor’s fees for your medical care in a private hospital will be kept to a minimum. Our office will provide further details at the time of your admission.
